Tiffany Slusher is the Resident Services Director of Programs serving across CHP’s portfolio of rental communities. Tiffany oversees the creation and delivery of services, programs and trainings for both residents and staff to ensure consistent quality that support the mission of CHP. In her role, Tiffany supervises and supports the Community and Senior Content leaders and is certified trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty. Tiffany began her career in 1999 at Tekoa, a residential facility and special education school established by CHP.  The school serves emotionally disturbed youth. During her nine years with Tekoa, Tiffany held various positions, including youth counselor, recreation coordinator, and equine program director.

Before coming to CHP, Tiffany served in various capacities in the youth and family services of her local Community Service Board and created her own nonprofit equine therapy program. Tiffany returned to CHP in 2011 as a Resident Services Coordinator and has progressed through regional supervisor positions to her current role. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in therapeutic recreation and serves on a local board of directors for a nonprofit equine therapy program.
