Serenity Wolf, Resident Services Business Manager, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational, site-level budgeting, and administrative aspects of Resident Services to support the provision of programming and services to residents throughout the CHP Resident Services portfolio. Serenity joined CHP in 2016 and served as the Regional Resident Services Supervisor of Eastern and Central Virginia from 2018 – 2020. Serenity has 20 years of experience in providing Human Services to diverse residents of all ages and income levels. She has 15 years of property management experience in roles ranging from Leasing Consultant to Regional Property Manager. Serenity holds these certifications and designations: National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Specialist of Housing Credit Management (SHCM). She is the two-time winner of the National Apartment Association (NAA) Designate of the Year award through the Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA). She has managed conventional, HUD, LIHTC, and Bond multifamily housing communities. She also specializes in acquisitions, renovations, new construction, and community revitalizations. Serenity is dedicated to furthering of diversity and cultural competency within CHP and its communities, and as such currently serves as part of the Equity and Inclusion Team’s Learning and Development subcommittee.
