CHP’s portfolio includes over 100 rental communities across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, serving low-income individuals and families, seniors, and people with disabilities. We are also experienced in providing comprehensive property management on a fee-for-service basis to other owners across our service area footprint.
We have experience in all aspects of property management, including lease-up, day-to-day management, and maintenance for new construction, historic, and rehabilitated multifamily properties. Our property managers also work closely with CHP Resident Services and community partners to help provide residents with the support they need to be successful.
CHP rental communities are designed to provide greener, healthier, more durable homes for our residents. To help keep them that way, our maintenance staff is trained to maintain the properties using green practices and products inside and out.
