Penny Dodson, Regional Manager for CHP Property Management, oversees operations and collaborates with various departments to ensure property performance, profitability, and sustainability for CHP’s North Carolina and South Carolina communities. She joined CHP in 2011 and has a background in real estate management, sales, and finance. Since 1990, Penny has been licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina. She also holds real estate broker licenses in Virginia and Kentucky and a property management license in South Carolina. Penny is a Certified Green Property Manager (CGPM) and Fair Housing Certified (FHC).
