- Identify organizational infrastructure needs and invest in growth and improvement to include personnel, recruitment, retention, data systems and processes, and technology.
CHP will responsibly expand and/or contract our rental portfolio to maximize impact.
How we’ll do it
- Leverage existing capacity, community support, and funding opportunities to expand impact through affordable housing development.
- Respond to natural and man-made resiliency challenges to maintain impact.
CHP will prioritize investments in communities and individuals confronting social, environmental, and economic injustices.
How we’ll do it
- Seek and use resident and community voice to prioritize inclusion and inform equitable service delivery.
- Apply intentionality to our procurement, partnership, and recruitment practices to prioritize diversity.
- Evaluate project types that result in greater impact potential based on community need.
- Broaden CHP’s understanding of “trauma-informed care” which recognizes and responds to the signs, symptoms, and risks of trauma to better support our residents, clients, and employees.
