Reagan Ellington joined the Real Estate Development team in 2025 as a Multifamily Development Associate after three years with CHP’s Energy Solutions Contracting team. In this role, she supports senior development officers in advancing affordable housing projects from early planning through completion. Her work includes preparing funding applications, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting with key components of both new construction and rehabilitation projects. 

Reagan is currently contributing to several active projects, including Trinity Court, Legacy on Main, Yorktown Square I, and Yorktown Rivermeade. Her previous work in Energy Solutions, as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Lead Project Manager, provided hands-on experience with multifamily project coordination, program requirements, subcontractor management, and documentation processes.

Reagan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Design & Technical Production from the University of North Carolina Greensboro (2019) and certifications including Remote Pilot License (FAA), Quality Control Inspector (BPI), Energy Auditor (BPI), and Mobile Crane Operator (NCCCO).
