Yashira Aybar joined CHP as a Senior Development Officer in 2025. In this role, she is responsible for managing affordable housing developments from concept through completion, coordinating with internal departments and external partners to advance projects that are financially feasible, programmatically compliant, and aligned with CHP’s mission. Prior to joining CHP, Yashira spent eight years at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, where she served as Manager of Multifamily Underwriting and as a Development Officer in the Multifamily Development Department. Yashira holds a BS in Psychology from Penn State University, an MPA from Shippensburg University, and a Housing Development Finance Professional certification from Grow America (formerly NDC).
