Todd Collins, Assistant Vice President of Development, joined CHP in November 2014 and brings over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. His development experience includes LIHTC projects, Historic Tax Credit development and projects involving HUD HOME, RAD, CDBG, SHP, 811 and Temporary & Permanent Relocation. Todd graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside with degrees in Business Finance and in Economics. He has also obtained the National Development Council’s HDFP and EDFP Certifications.
