The holidays are a time to create joy in the lives of others. While many programs focus on children's gifts during the season, seniors are often left out.
Many seniors living in CHP communities face challenges meeting their daily needs, and the holiday season can feel especially isolating. Warm Wishes was created to change that, giving seniors thoughtful gifts, a sense of connection, and a reminder that they are not forgotten.
Through CHP’s Warm Wishes program, we ensure that our senior residents ages 55 and up feel valued and remembered. This year, our goal is to raise $8,000 to provide gift bags valued at around $30 each for more than 20 CHP rental communities across our portfolio.

This year, hundreds of seniors living in CHP communities are eligible for Warm Wishes. While not everyone chooses to participate, many look forward to the program each year as a highlight of the holiday season. Unlike most holiday giving programs that focus on toys for children, Warm Wishes fills a unique need by making sure our senior residents feel included, remembered, and celebrated.
CHP not only offers desirable, economical homes to own or rent, but also encourages personal and community success through supportive services and programming. CHP Housing Services includes Asset Management, Homeownership, Property Management, and Resident Services.
