We hope to make the winter a little warmer for our Maryland residents this year through the Giving Tree Project.
Every holiday season, CHP raises money to provide gift bags for our senior residents through the Warm Wishes program. This year, we have a special program to support our Maryland residents, but we need your help!
Through the Giving Tree Project, we are offering items such as gloves, hats, scarves, and non-slip socks to residents at our two Baltimore apartment communities: J. Van Story Branch Apartments and Primrose Place Apartments. Your donation will help us purchase gift bags filled with these winter items and displayed on a holiday tree, and we will have a special event for residents to pick out their gifts this December.
How Can I Support the Giving Tree Project?
Donate
Every $20 donation will provide a gift for a CHP resident in Maryland. Please select “Giving Tree Project (Baltimore)” from the drop-down list of activities.
Want to give to the Giving Tree Project on someone else’s behalf? We can mail a certificate showing that you supported the program in their name. This can also be to honor or remember a loved one. Contact us for details.
The Giving Tree Project will support the residents at CHP’s J. Van Story Branch Apartments and Primrose Place Apartments. Both communities are in Central Baltimore and serve senior and special needs populations. While there are many programs in the area that raise money for children’s gifts during the holidays, the Giving Tree Project is one of the few that goes toward these populations.
CHP not only offers desirable, economical homes to own or rent, but also encourages personal and community success through supportive services and programming. CHP Housing Services includes Asset Management, Homeownership, Property Management, and Resident Services.
