
Community Housing Partners’ award-winning Roanoke-Lee Street project received two additional national honors for environmental leadership and sustainable building this week.
CHP was awarded a 2008 Silver EnergyValue Housing Award
® (EVHA) in the affordable home/cold climate category by the NAHB Research Center on February 13. The EVHA are presented each year at the National Association of Home Builders International Builders' Show (IBS) to home builders across the country that voluntarily team energy efficiency and environmental stewardship; incorporating elements of each into the design, construction, and marketing of new homes.
