Kayla Bryant, Regional Property Manager, oversees the operations and performance of a portfolio of affordable housing communities at CHP. She provides leadership and support to property management teams, helping ensure effective daily operations, strong financial and property performance, compliance with housing requirements, and quality service for residents. She also works closely with internal departments and leadership to implement organizational initiatives and support staff development.

Kayla joined CHP in 2018 as a Property Manager overseeing a 99-unit property. She was later promoted to Senior Property Manager, overseeing four properties, before advancing to her current role. Prior to joining CHP, Kayla gained supervisory and customer service experience in a variety of positions, including working with the Department of Social Services to process applications for assistance.

Kayla is grateful for the mentorship and support she has received throughout her career at CHP and appreciates the many people who have invested their time in helping her grow professionally.
