JR Riddlebarger joined CHP Asset Management in 2021 and was named Vice President of Property Management in 2022 prior to retiring in 2024. Prior to joining CHP, JR had 37 years of real estate industry experience at HHHunt, where she most recently served as Interim Chief Operating Officer. Her previous positions at HHHunt include Vice President, Senior Vice President of Apartment Living, and President of The Asset Management Group (which housed Apartments, Senior Living, Development, and Construction).

JR, who is a Virginia Tech alumna, has served on the Residential Property Management Advisory Board at Virginia Tech for 25 years. In addition to several local apartment association boards and the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM), JR was a member of the Better Business Bureau of Western Virginia board for several years, including two years as board chair.
