Harold Nassau brings two decades of experience overseeing asset management training and technical assistance. He is retired from NeighborWorks America in Boston, Massachusetts, where he served as Senior Director of Asset Management Programs. Nassau graduated from Rutgers University and completed his Ph.D. from Columbia University. With a comprehensive background in for profit and nonprofit sectors, Nassau’s expertise in property management and asset management directly aligns with CHP’s mission. Nassau has served on board committees for asset management of two Boston community development corporations. He joined the CHP board in January 2024 and is on the Housing Services committee.
