Racquel Reddie has served on CHP’s board since January, 2015. She is the community development relationship manager in the southeast region for the National Community Stabilization Trust. In this capacity, Racquel works with state and local governments and nonprofit housing providers to facilitate the transfer of foreclosed and abandoned property from financial institutions across the country to localities in order to promote neighborhood stabilization.
From our roots as a volunteer organization serving housing needs in Appalachia, CHP has grown into a multi-state organization nationally recognized for our capabilities and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. Although CHP’s footprint has greatly expanded over the decades, our mission continues to focus on creating homes and communities that are healthy, sustainable, and affordable.
