To further our goal of promoting stable housing, CHP Homeownership offers free services to employees. These include financial management classes and coaching, homebuyer education, discounted realty services, and general consultation about real estate and mortgages.

Our employees have opportunities to expand their leadership skills and grow professionally. CHP’s Leaders of Choice program introduces supervisors to leadership competences, explores unconscious bias, and champions employee recognition and growth.

We offer competitive insurance plans, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability, and our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counseling and resources for employees and their families. As part of our 403(b) Retirement Plan, CHP automatically contributes 3% of compensation and matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to an additional 2%. We also offer paid time off and holidays, as well as flexible spending accounts for tax-free medical and dependent care expenses.

Our in-house corporate training program delivers educational opportunities to support the professional growth of our employees. Classes range from soft skills training to leadership competencies and everything in between to help staff grow and thrive in their CHP careers.
