    In recognition of our responsibility to enrich the surrounding communities where we live and work, CHP encourages employees to lend their support to organizations that positively impact these communities. We offer volunteer time off for both personal interest and corporate-sponsored programs.

    To further our goal of promoting stable housing, CHP Homeownership offers free services to employees. These include financial management classes and coaching, homebuyer education, discounted realty services, and general consultation about real estate and mortgages.
