J. Van Story Branch Apartments is CHP's largest real estate development project to date and its second in Baltimore.

CHP has completed renovations at J. Van Story Branch Apartments, a 20-story, 350-unit apartment community in Baltimore’s Charles North neighborhood. The building serves senior and non-elderly disabled populations and is undergoing a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion over 18 months.

Modernization of the existing three elevators and installation of an additional elevator

Virtual Ribbon Cutting

CHP joined with project partners and community stakeholders for a virtual ribbon cutting on Thursday, Jan. 28 to celebrate the completion of the largest real estate development project in the organization’s history. Officials celebrated the transformation that has taken place at J. Van Story Branch Apartments in Baltimore, Maryland, over the past two years of renovations.
