Witter Place Apartments is a new 94-unit apartment community currently under construction in Alexandria, Virginia. Located at the corner of Duke Street and Telegraph Road and overlooking the Witter soccer fields, this thoughtfully designed community will offer two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with convenient access to recreation, transportation, shopping, and employment.
Witter Place will provide quality rental homes for households earning between 40% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
Designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind, the community will feature modern amenities, high-quality finishes, and green building practices. Architectural renderings reflect the planned design of the building and surrounding spaces.
