Located in Baltimore’s Charles North neighborhood, J. Van Story Branch Apartments offers affordable rental apartments for senior and non-elderly disabled residents. In 2020, CHP completed renovations on the 20-story, 350-unit building and made upgrades to every unit, including new doors, flooring, baths, and kitchens. Renovated common spaces include new laundry rooms, community rooms, lobby, hallways, entrances, and outdoor areas.
