Located in the Shenandoah Valley just north of Harrisonburg, The Highlands II offers 24 apartments in Broadway, Virginia. This apartment community features one- and three-bedroom options and is not far from shops, restaurants, and Broadway High School. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent.
