Taylor Cecil, Operations Support Manager, has been with CHP since 2020. As part of the Utility Team she is responsible for reviewing and submitting completed utility projects, communicating with stakeholders, and streamlining processes. Taylor is passionate about serving people and working towards creating a more sustainable future. Before coming to CHP, Taylor worked for the local community service board providing case management services. She has a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Radford University.
