Silkia works for CHP’s Utility Programs team as a Customer Care Specialist. She joined the team in May of 2021. Silkia is responsible for client intake, gathering customer information and educating on weatherization. Silkia loves being involved with her community and helping others. Prior to joining CHP, she worked at Atlantic Union Bank as a Lead Teller. She has an Associate’s Degree from Central Virginia Community College.
