Sudi Dwivedi, as a Building Science Trainer and Project Manager, provides classroom and field training to industry professionals, support for the weatherization network, quality assurance assessments for state programs, and proctors BPI Exams. Prior to joining CHP in the spring of 2023, Sudi completed historic restoration work on commercial buildings in Baltimore for 2 years and spent 10 years as a project manager in the scaffolding business. Before this, Sudi worked 20 years in sales as a mortgage loan officer. Sudi holds multiple Building Performance Institute certifications.
