Allie Steenken, Homeownership Project Coordinator, is responsible for supporting CHP’s single-family development work. She works to ensure the one-time and on-budget completion of each project by working closely with the Single-Family Project Manager. Allie monitors project progress and creates project status reports for project managers and stakeholder. She also manages project documents such as construction plans, scope statements budgets, and schedules.

Allie joined CHP in 2023. She has extensive experience in the home design space including in her most recent position where she served as a Project Manager. While working as a designer, she was certified with the National Kitchen & Bath Association as a Kitchen and Bath Designer specializing in the design, planning, and execution of residential kitchen and bathrooms. She was also assisted with home renovations and remodels specializing in Aging-in-Place .
