CHP Names Dianna Mastroianni Vice President of Property Management
Community Housing Partners (CHP), a Virginia-based nonprofit provider of affordable and sustainable housing across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, is pleased to welcome Dianna Mastroianni as Vice President of Property Management.
In her new position, Mastroianni is responsible for the strategic direction, operation, and profitability of CHP’s multifamily portfolio. In addition to setting property performance goals, budget analysis, marketing, personnel management, and industry partnerships, Mastroianni is charged with working collaboratively across CHP’s departments to enhance the sustainability of the nonprofit’s communities and the health and satisfaction of its residents. CHP’s portfolio consists of more than 110 properties with almost 7,000 units.
“Dianna’s impressive experience in the housing industry and record of working across departmental lines makes her an ideal candidate to lead our Property Management division,” said Andy Hall, Chief Operating Officer at CHP. “Her accomplishments in the field are exceptional, and we are excited to have Dianna join the CHP family.”
Mastroianni hails from the California-based EAH Housing, where she was employed since 2001. She spent the last 13 years as a vice president with responsibility for property management, asset management, compliance, and resident services. After relocating to the East Coast last year, Mastroianni continued to work with EAH as a business development consultant. She recently helped drive an effort on track to be the largest new construction deal in the company’s history. EAH’s portfolio consists of 111 properties and just under 10,000 units consisting of senior, family, student, special needs, farm worker, veteran, and market-rate housing.
“I am thrilled to be part of the CHP team, and I’m really looking forward to working with the Property Management staff and visiting properties across CHP’s six-state region,” Mastroianni said. “I plan to focus on customer service and review our policies and procedures to ensure that we are providing high-quality housing for our residents and opportunities for our Property Management staff to grow and develop.”
