Community Housing Partners (CHP) is proud to oversee renovations at S.A. Robinson Apartments in Pembroke, Virginia. This community holds a significant place in CHP’s history, as it was our first multifamily development project back in 1986, as well as the first adaptive reuse project approved in Virginia. Now, we are coming full circle with upgrades to all 27 apartments at the former Pembroke School building, starting in April 2023.
