Community Housing Partners (CHP) is proud to oversee renovations at S.A. Robinson Apartments in Pembroke, Virginia. This community holds a significant place in CHP’s history, as it was our first multifamily development project back in 1986, as well as the first adaptive reuse project approved in Virginia. Now, we are coming full circle with upgrades to all 27 apartments at the former Pembroke School building, starting in April 2023.
CHP Energy Solutions performs an energy audit at S.A. Robinson Apartments.
CHP will focus on energy efficiency, building preservation and safety, and resident amenities with the initial renovations:
Replacing all windows

Replacing all ramps and decks and repair stairs
Painting all interior common spaces
Replacing all flooring in common areas
Building an outdoor gazebo and picnic areas
Upgrading the atrium community space
