Bradley Strahm joined CHP in spring 2021 as an Energy Solutions Project Manager.

Bradley is responsible for implementing and managing utility-funded programs in Virginia and West Virginia to help lower the energy demand and utilities cost for residents of income-qualifying multi-family properties. He also is responsible for overseeing all facets of the energy efficiencies and weatherization processes at these projects.

Prior to working in weatherization, he worked as a Brand Director for several prominent brands in the outdoor industry. Bradley is passionate about the environment, the outdoors and working in an industry that can help so many people.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Stockton University and is working towards multiple Building Performance Institute certifications.
