Stroubles Ridge Neighborhood
Stroubles Ridge represents CHP’s commitment to expanding accessible homeownership opportunities in Blacksburg, Virginia. Phase one of Stroubles Ridge will feature 20 single-family houses, built to Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home Program (ZERH) standards. We are seeking a modular building partner, as well as all sub-contractors for other components of the house construction process; deck building, concrete finishing, siding, flooring, and roofing installation, etc.
