Located in Blacksburg, this new neighborhood will feature 46 residential lots with single-family homes and duplexes. These homes are designed to be affordable for households earning less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
New River Home Trust
As part of our commitment to long-term affordability, the New River Home Trust operates as a community land trust. This model separates land ownership from homeownership, making homes more affordable while ensuring they remain accessible to future generations.
