Course Description
This two-hour course discusses what role site sustainability can play at a property. It reviews various common practices and challenges facing site sustainability. It also touches on how the installation and monitoring of these practices can lead to saved time, money, and reduced local and non-local pollution all translating to more satisfied residents and staff. The course counts toward continuing education needed to maintain the Credential for Green Property Management.
