Course Description
This two-hour course considers six steps to implementing a successful green program at any property. It breaks each step into bite-size portions that will help students to clearly define challenges and develop a plan that will prioritize needs and goals. The course counts toward continuing education needed to maintain the Credential for Green Property Management.
