There are six one -bedroom units, two one-bedroom units with den, and 52 two-bedroom units, rented to those earning at or below 50% - 60% of the area median income. Property management is involved in this family-oriented neighborhood, hosting events such as the annual Residents’ Community Day, where individuals and families are treated to food, activities, entertainment, and educational information on health and safety.
