Tanner Will, as a Building Science Trainer and Project Manager, provides classroom and field training to industry professionals, support for the weatherization network, quality assurance assessments for state programs, and proctors BPI Exams. Before transitioning to the training center, Tanner first joined CHP as a Maintenance Technician in 2024 and has over a decade of experience in commercial & residential property maintenance, construction, and project management. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University and multiple BPI certifications.
