Samantha Livesay has never met a stranger, and she loves engaging her community and incorporating social media along the way! For the past four years, Samantha has been doing just that in her position as Community Relations Coordinator for CHP Homeownership. Samantha is always on the move, and you’re likely to find her at ribbon cuttings and networking events, and she’s often livestreaming those and other events through Facebook. The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce has twice recognized Samantha’s hard work and dedication with the Volunteer of the Year award in 2017 and the Community Builder award in 2018.
Outside of the office, Samantha is a proud wife, and she’s mother to two children. She loves spending time with her family either hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains or camping on the New River, and they appreciate the opportunities to enjoy nature that making their home in the New River Valley provides. Samantha is an avid volunteer in her community, and she encourages her children to do the same whenever possible.
Samantha has a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University, and she attends numerous workshops, trainings, and conferences to further develop her skills in marketing and communication in the non-profit sector.
