Robin Liles joined CHP in 2019, after CHP acquired Kensington Village, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Robin had been the Senior Property Manager there for 11 years and was named CHP’s Director of Maintenance in 2022. In her current role, Robi­n ­oversees the development and implementation of maintenance best practices, policies, and procedures. Her role is to ensure consistency in culture, communications, and level of service in all maintenance operations throughout CHP properties. Another part of Robin’s role is to identify new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiencies. Prior to CHP, Robin worked at The Finch Group, where she was involved in implementing several new property management programs. Robin has been in the property management industry for 18 years. Robin received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification from the National Apartment Association in 2010.
