Maxwell Evans, Regional Manager for CHP Property Management, oversees operations and collaborates with various departments to ensure property performance, profitability, and sustainability for 15 CHP communities in Central Virginia. He is charged with working with the onsite teams at these properties to ensure our core values are reflected in daily operations. Maxwell was born in Ghana and is a University of Delaware alumnus. Prior to joining CHP in 2018, he spent 14 years as a Regional Property Manager in the Washington, D.C. metro area and six years as a Director of Operations in the hospitality industry in Wilmington, Delaware. He lives in Stafford, Virginia, with his wife and four children.
