CHP has completed renovations at J. Van Story Branch Apartments, a 20-story, 350-unit apartment community in Baltimore’s Charles North neighborhood. The building serves senior and non-elderly disabled populations and is undergoing a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion over 18 months.
