Anthony Cox is the recipient of this year’s Linda Wigington Leadership Award from the Home Performance Coalition. The award celebrates visionary leaders doing extraordinary work to strengthen the home performance and weatherization industry. It showcases individual excellence in leadership as demonstrated by outstanding initiative, impact of work, and inspiration to others.

Cox is the building science manager and lead trainer with CHP’s Energy Solutions division, and has been with the compay since 1999. His  impact has been felt across the nation as he has trained crews and building science professionals around the country for over 20 years. He is particularly well known for inventing the nationally-recognized House of Pressure training tool, which has been used by scores of individuals and organizations as an interactive teaching prop.

According to CHP Vice President of Energy Solutions Mark Jackson, Anthony is, “one of the best and most successful building science trainers in the weatherization community. Few in our industry can match the breadth and depth of his experience and knowledge or his contributions to building science and weatherization.”
