CHP Welcomes New VP of Development
Richmond, Va. – Community Housing Partners (CHP) is pleased to welcome David Schultz to the organization as Vice President of Development.
“David’s extensive real estate development experience and his ability to skillfully handle the complexities of the industry makes him an ideal candidate for heading up our development division,” said CHP Executive Vice President and COO Orlando Artze. “We are excited to have him on board as CHP continues to grow.”
With over twenty years of experience in the real estate development industry, Mr. Schultz most recently served as the managing director of Triad Companies in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he guided the development of over 1,700 residential apartments and multiple commercial projects. Previously, he served as senior project manager for the Cornerstone Group in Coral Gables, Florida, supervising the development of 1,300 tax credit-financed properties throughout the state.
Mr. Schultz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also completed post-graduate coursework at the university’s Wharton School of Business.
