Victoria Ridge is a fully accessible 24-apartment community in Lynchburg, Virginia, rented to income-qualified individuals with disabilities.  This development offers 12 apartments built using Universal Design components and 12 fully accessible apartments for individuals with physical disabilities. The community was also designed and built to meet EARTHCRAFT green building standards and features many sustainable elements such as hybrid water heaters, low-VOC paints and finishes, bamboo flooring, metal roofs, fiberglass windows, and fiber cement board siding.
