In his role as COO, Andy Hall provides oversight of CHP’s Homeownership, Property Management, and Resident Services lines of business. He is also responsible for the Corporate Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Learning & Development, and Legal departments.  He also previously served as CAO at CHP.

Prior to joining CHP, Andy was the chief financial officer/chief operating officer (CFO/COO) of Tele-Works, Inc. (TWI) in Blacksburg, Virginia, and was part of the executive team that oversaw the company’s 2014 merger with Charlotte-based Paymentus Corp. He was integral to the growth of TWI and of creating a culture of service and responsiveness during his seven years with the company working as Director of Client Services, Sales Manager, and ultimately CFO/COO.

Before TWI, Andy was Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations at Virginia Tech; Director of Information Technology and Director of Training at MATRIX Resources in Atlanta; Vice President of 2 Places at One Time, an Atlanta-based start-up; and consultant at Andersen Consulting. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, both obtained from Virginia Tech.
