As CHP’s Director of Compliance, Chrystal Strickler is responsible for maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local affordable housing programs utilized at CHP’s multifamily properties. In addition, she delivers compliance training to CHP staff and provides related technical support. Strickler joined CHP in 2006 as a Compliance Manager and in 2014 became Director of Compliance. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Mid-Atlantic Affordable Housing Management Association. Her professional certifications include: HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Management), CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy), BOS (Blended Occupancy Specialist), STAR(RD certification from Spectrum), HOME Specialist, and CHAM (Certified Housing Asset Manager).
