He has managed a variety of large-scale construction projects including commercial, multi- and single-family residential homes and historic renovations. Todd continually strives to achieve higher levels of excellence and efficiency in building, and at one of CHP’s projects, Yorktown Square II Apartments, he was instrumental in harvesting, milling, and reusing felled wood. He participates in conferences and seminars as a guest speaker on green building practices, emphasizing the importance of social and environmentally responsible design and construction. Todd is also a BPI Building Analyst Professional and a member of the New River Valley Home Builders Association.
