2016 Annual Impact Report

Dear Friends,

Thank you once again for the opportunity to share with you our annual Community Impact Report. With your help, Community Housing Partners continued to create healthy, sustainable, and affordable communities in 2016.  Whether commissioning a new multifamily property, making weatherization changes to diminish utility costs for an elderly couple, helping a young husband and wife buy a new home for their expanding family, or providing residents access to a food pantry, we remain committed to opening doors where everyone is welcome.  For our residents, employees, and partners, we continue to pursue core values of collaboration, innovation, integrity, quality, service, and of course – sustainability. Thank you for helping us to remain true to our roots.

Sincerely,

Janaka Casper
President and CEO
