This one-hour course explains how important Indoor Environmental Quality is to our health, economics, and perception of comfort. It explores the specifics of individual components of environmental quality while still considering the holistic effects of managing these risks. Additionally, it examines some practical strategies to implement on properties to protect residents’ health and comfort. The course counts toward continuing education needed to maintain the Credential for Green Property Management.
