CHP Architect Colin Arnold Receives Virginia Housing Coalition Award

Richmond, Va. - On June 21, the Virginia Housing Coalition (VHC) honored Colin Arnold, Community Housing Partners' (CHP) Architect with a 2007 Housing Leadership Award for Designer/Architect.

According to VHC, Housing Leadership Award recipients are "individuals who exemplify the best attributes of advocates of affordable housing in their respective areas."

As Director of Community Design Studio, Arnold has led CHP to adopt the EarthCraft House scale rating system to to guide all of our efforts to preserve and "green" affordable multi-family housing across the state. He is a LEED professional architect and former Enterprise Rose Fellow, who is committed to green, sustainable design and construction that incorporates stakeholder involvement and responsible construction of affordable housing that is durable and cost efficient for the long term.
