Christiansburg, Va. -- After 16 years of dedicated service on Community Housing Partners’ Board of Directors, fourteen of them as its Chairman, C. Theodore “Ted” Koebel is retiring from the Board. The position will be filled by current CHP Board member Jane Henderson.
