It's not easy buying your first home. For many the process is a mystery and the details of homeownership are unknowns. At CHP, it's our goal to help you become more knowledgeable and feel more at ease during the home buying process. As part of our homeownership program, we provide free homebuyer education classes for first time homebuyers. Through the classes, clients will learn different aspects of the home buying process including:

Personal Finance	Budgeting
Credit Counseling	Qualifying for a Loan
Negotiating a Purchase	Applying for a Mortgage
Home Maintenance	Foreclosure Prevention

Location: 448 Depot Street, N.E., Christiansburg, VA 24073

Time: 5:30 - 8:30 pm (both nights*)

*please note this is a two-day class
