The Wilson Avenue project in Blacksburg, Virginia is a CHP- designed and built duplex housing unit comfortably situated in an established neighborhood and built for sale to low-to moderate-income households.

In addition to the affordable purchase price, the homes are also economically sustainable. The long-term cost of maintenance and upkeep of the Wilson Avenue units is less than conventional housing because they are created with durable building materials and feature energy-efficient appliances and design elements.
